Build me landing pages for lead gen and SEO for my main website

I need landing pages built to generate opt in leads for my business, i work in the timeshare industry and we help unhappy/miss sold clients get compensation back through a claim and also assist them to terminate the unwanted timeshare. i had a developer working on this previously but he didnt specialise in landing pages and he didnt produce 1 lead. As my business has to acquire opt in leads only due to its claims management licensing rules i need to generate leads yesterday.
once this has been completed i want SEO to be done on a rolling project basis in order to drive traffic to the site, improve our brand awareness and be visible.
