Build me a landing page for hiring new employees

We are gearing up to run social media campaigns to find new workers for a cotton mill based in rural Louisiana.
The flow of traffic will go: FB ad -> landing page with click-out to job posting -> job posting with resume submission.
I am looking for a skilled web designer to put together a nice looking simple landing page. Your deliverable will be html files we can upload directly.
