Build me a landing page for an affiliate offer

Hi there, I am looking for someone who can do a particular gig for me, and for the sake of time-saving and efficiency, I wrote this so that anyone will take it in and see if it fits what they do. You must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to everything in this letter.

I am not hard to work with, but I don't like wasting people's time or my time. All I ask is that you answer all my questions and pay attention to the little details within this letter.

My vision is for both parties to create something we can be proud of and make money doing it. The more money we make, the more work we get, which will make us more money.

I am looking for someone that can create converting landing pages.
I do affiliate marketing and recently have gotten into other fields, and I need help with that part of the business.

What platforms are you familiar with or work on (Mailchimp, sendlane, click funnels, etc.)? I would instead not work on click funnels as is more service that I need at this time. I will start to do email marketing as the business gets stable, but the goal is to drive traffic to our affiliate partners for now.

Other things that might help in the decision-making but not required are. Do you or have you ever done social media marketing?
Do you or have you ever done email marketing?

Again this will not be for everyone, and the RESULTS of the actual revenue made will dictate if we do business again. I am not here to make friends, and I am not here to waste people's time or for people to waste mine. I am here for someone who would like to grow a partnership and continuously have my business.
