Build me a landing page

We have a training course called "Introduction to Data Analysis and Data Science" and we would like to create a landing page using Wordpress to share our content. The site must contain a form to fill in interest to the course and the list of subscribers must be easily readable. A payment via the website is not included. We already have a domain. The appearance of the landing page should be simple like training sites (ex: https://conteudo.qulture.rocks/produto-learning). The text content should be write in English (We will rewrite later to Portuguese). The landing page must be deployed at Digital Ocean and use CloudFlare for security.
