Build me a job portal website -- 2

We need a end to end recruitment job portal which will eventually be deployed on Google Cloud or AWS. We don't prefer any developers from India. Anyone who has experience in this line of project before will be preferred. The website needs to be delivered at the earliest. We are however open to a lottle negotiations.
