Build an interactive "forum" website (also need a Web3.0 dev)

Hello, I am looking to build a simple website that acts like a forum. Users can post and other users can "like" or "dislike" posts. (Think of reddit but there's only one subreddit that everyone posts to). Instead of posts being displayed from "newest to oldest", all posts are organized on a horizontal timeline and the users can decide where they want their post to be on this timeline. For blockchain/web3.0 developers: I would also like this site to run a token gating program. The site will ask users to connect their wallet and verifies to see if that wallet owns a predetermined NFT.
