We are looking for a developer to build us a basic 2 page website.
The background of the home page should be gif/mp4 we want it to be moving but without killing load time too much.
There will be a project title on the page and 2 line of text.
There will be one link on the page "about" to another page which will contain text only

You should be proficient in graphic design as we need our project name created in the centre of the website page the theme is mystical/fantasy.
