Build a fully functional social networking website

Target audience is adults 25+. The website should a social networking site with complete community functions and blog where users can create their own posts under various topics. Additionally, subscribers will join for a small monthly fee. There will also be a small store where no more than 10 products will be sold at any one time. You will also create an app with this project.

Budget is $140 for the complete project. Must be able to do all of the above and I will share more details when reaching out. Please do not ask for more money!

You must have experience building websites. I already have the hosting. You also must be willing to have a longterm relationship and fix site issues or expand the site when needed. I am not looking for inexperienced or unprofessional freelancers. Please do not message me if you have a tendency to rush through projects and will not exhibit patience in this project. I need this project to be done well and properly so time is needed to ensure all elements look and function properly.

Must have web and app developer and design experience. Please be prepared to share examples of social networking sites and apps you've created.
