Build a fully functional shopify store

We are looking for a web designer with experience to build a shoplift store to sell football uniforms. We have the uniforms in 2d and in psd. We require the designer to upload the designs and render them in 3d and also add the shoplift module for "add-ons" to the uniform. For example, the client will require a number or a name on the back or even a logo. Once they add it, the module will show them a virtual proof, which client will approve.
The store needs to be built in a maximum of 5 days.
