Build a full shopify site for new product

Looking to have a website built on shopify, Need someone that can build it with all the items and prices in place , I will need to be able to add items and pages at a later time. I have some examples of what the site should look like. It will need places for youtube videos and educational purposes with also a chat feature As the site is built , I am willing to pay more to continue finishing and upgrading the site.
