Build a website for file sharing. Needs to be similar to Google Drive / Dropbox / Brandfolder

Our client is an Australian company with 1 product – the Entertainment Membership (http://entertainment.com.au). It is a collection of discount offers which members can redeem at popular merchants. For example - restaurants, cafes, electronics stores, cosmetics, supermarkets, hotels, travel deals and etc.
Earlier, they used to print a physical booklet with all the discount coupons inside. Now the discount offers are in a mobile app that the member shows the merchant to redeem the offer.
Entertainment memberships start from $69 for 1 year. In return, the member gets discounts worth upto $20,000
Entertainment helps 3 sets of people:
1. Restaurant (merchant) – gets extra customers to walk in, because of the discount
2. Customer (member) – saves money with the discount codes
3. Fundraisers (charities) – sell our memberships and keep 20% of the money collected

To help our fundraisers sell our memberships, we provide them with generic images, PDF documents, banners, posters, etc. Example attached below - PDF file
We upload these images, PDF’s banners etc. on a platform called Brandfolder
Brandfolder is a file sharing service that stores the files and lets users view, download and edit them.

Your task – should you choose to accept it – is to create a file-sharing platform exactly similar to Brandfolder but with some changes.
The domain name will be Entertainmentfolder.com. We will provide the FTP access and database/hosting space
