Build an extensive e-commerce website

I am looking to have an extensive website built, Alibaba.com-like (not exactly the same but just a reference) for another industry that is very secured to use and conduct online transactions.
I wish to have a good price and no hidden fees or extra cost through dm.
You will be provided with a PDF for specs, branding etc.
I would like it to be Created and ready in 3 months if that is enough time.
I am very organized so I would expect a working plan with deadlines from you with info you would need from me at different level of the process in order to have everything completed at the mutually decided date.
The final product should be very clean and professional, fast, very user-friendly with no glitch or bug. If you provide branding, graphic design and mobile app development services please send me your packages and portfolios.
Looking to have a long-term working relationship with the chosen person/agency for future additions and projects.
