Build an ecommerce website with image upload facility and payment system
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I am wanting to have a website built that allows me to sell virtual furniture services to clients. The site will need an order form shopping cart with a sophisticated image upload system. The upload system should allow a person to upload multiple images at once, The shopping cart will then need to count the total number of images uploaded and provide the price or total due based on the qty uploaded. Once the images have been uploaded there needs to be a field next to each image that allows the customer to input instructions, a further field should also be added to each image to allow the customer to be able to give each image a room name. (bedroom 1 , Bedroom 2 , Kitchen) There should also be a tick box with each image that allows the customer to stipulate if the image is the same room as another image but from a different angle - this field could be labeled - (is this room the same room as , - drop down and select room name from the previous image)
Once the photos have been uploaded and the instructions have been attached to each image, The payment should be taken and in the back end the images should be uploaded to a dropbox folder which would be created upon uploading of the files and the folder name based on the client name or email or some kind of reference .
Once the payment has been confirmed and images uploaded some things need to happen in the back end. I need the system to send a notification email to my virtual furniture supplier, This email should contain a link to the dropbox folder and detailed instructions for each image.
I also require the system to take the payment that we have received from he customer and split the payment , the split will be the amount set in the back end to pay my virtual furniture supplier and the remainder profit is for me.
Once the virtual furnture supplier has finshed the images he needs the abilty to log into the backend for him, where he can then uplaod the photos finished to dropbox, click some confirmations that the job is complete, this action should then notify the customer and send them a link to download their finished photos.
This is obviously an indicative concept request at this stage, in summary I will need
- Front end eccomerce store - WIth CMS - Can be wordpress based
- Admin back end system for setting products, prices, supplier details
- Order form shopping cart with image upload and instruction provisions for each image
- Auto calculation of price based on image qty with discount options for qty (woo commerce may do this )
- Payment processing system and payment facilitation
- Image delivery system to send finished photos to and notify the customer
