Build an ecommerce website

I'm looking for a freelancer to design and set up an e-commerce website. The website will be for a luxury brand that is expanding into some lower cost fast fashion brands as well. The company is currently established in the United States and is making an international expansion. The first market of focus is West Africa. The website will need to be state of the art. It must be eye catching, stylish, and fashionable. Equally as important is it being easy to use and very functional. A great example of a website we like is zara.com. I need a freelancer that has extensive experience with e-commerce websites. Ideally sites have been done for clothing and fashion, for big names. Must be 100% fluent in English and able to communicate quickly. This site must be perfect and will require communication Must have very strong experience and a portfolio of work to show. Must be able to provide credible recommendations
