Build me an ecomerce website

I need someone to help build a woocommerce website for an online store. The website should render well on pc and mobile. It should be able to connect to another website to pull stock information daily, include payment options, currency converter and automatic mark up calculator. Will need a plugin for size conversion.
Website theme and domain already available.
