Build me an eCommerce Website

I am planning to build an eCommerce website with multiple sellers and resellers. It should have all the integrations like all payment gateways, multiple delivery channels, order tracking, payment tracking, auto invoice generation, auto MIS on daily basis with back-up, GST MIS, security features.

It should be like full eCommerce website.
Also we need APP for the same.
Advise a talented and well known web developer.
