Build me a dynamic website -- 2

I am running a small courier business. I act as an intermediary between large courier companies such as DHL, FedEx etc & my clients are the people who want to send parcels & documents via these companies.

I would like to have a website of my own with the following features

1. Clients can create their own accounts & place orders / make payment via any of the available carriers with which have partnered with us.
2. See reports of the orders placed, track them, find quotes, COD payment
3. connect with APIs of business partners for performing different tasks; currently there are 5 to 7 different companies which have shared their APIs with us.
4. Also, need an API of my own which can be shared with my client for onward integration with their platform.
5. Send out whatsapp or similar messages related to the progress of the package
