Build a customer portal

I would like to build a customer portal which allows customers to self-service and view their applications with the business.

The portal will be dynamic and linked mainly to Zoho CRM and other external applications. Below are some of the features and pages required on the portal.

I would also be open to hearing suggestions and advice on implementation, design and functionality.

- Information to be fed to Zoho CRM

Documents
- Hub for customers to be able to upload, download and view documents online
- Sorting functionality

Deals
- Customer to be able to view all current and previous deals
- View the information and documents specific to each deal

ADVISER FACING

Client databases
- Dynamic databases to be able to sort and view clients and deals

Client profiles
- Client overviews
- View all customer information provided
- Linked information and data to other registered clients
- View all completed forms and information
- View and manage all client and deal documents
- Manage deal information

Sourcing
- Use APIs to create additional functionality within the portal
- Use the information to feed to deals and other sections of the portal and client information

Adviser tools
- Create documents using information from the portal
- Adviser to be able to create tasks to prompt/for client to complete
