Build a crypto exchange website

I am looking to hire someone to build me a crypto exchange website that will be supported on both desktop and mobile platforms. This platform will accept payments via cryptocurrency and will support both a normal user account as well as an institutional user account. I'm looking for a experienced website developer who has experience working with cryptocurrencies and contracts. The website should meet all current industry standards and be secure and reliable. All code and contracts will be audited, no payment will be released until then.

The exchange will support Binance cryptocurrencies.
- An integrated wallet feature is required for users to store their cryptocurrencies securely.
- The design of the website should be user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and visually appealing.
- The website should have a robust security system to protect user data and funds.
- The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe and budget.
- Additional features such as referral programs and margin trading may be considered in the future.
- Knowledge of contracts is needed.
- I have most of the code and it needs to be "tied" together, this make the project much easier and will take less time.
- UI/UX designing will be included.
