Build me a complete WordPress website as Described below

Hello potential partner, let me first introduce myself and what I am doing.
My name is Stelios (you can Call me Steve) and I am from Greece.
I am a Global Macro Professional trader that is trading for proprietary firms and also I value invest in the stock market. In general I am handling the money that these Proprietary firms give to me and also I trade my own personal capital and my company's capital in the Forex/Crypto/Commodities markets. Also I build my personal Stock portfolio with Value stocks which is updated every 2-3 months with swaps of Stocks or Sell offs or new Buying opportunities. So all these that I do I decided to give them to the world as knowledge so I make a bigger impact to the world by changing lifes. So with that said let me tell you my website creation needs for my new project that I've been working the last 2 months with and need to get a more proffessional image on the web with this website.
I want to get a Wordpress Website builded from Scratch with the requirements below:
1. I have a landing page currently but I want a total restructure and make a complete website that will have a blog posts page - the landing page for subscribing - login/sign up - FAQ - about - contact us
2. Dashboard for Subscribers that will give them access to specific files that I am uploading every month and every week.
3. Two Subscribing packages 1 monthly and 1 annually.
4. The ability to upload my own videos on the backend so Subscribers can get access to those videos (only if they subscribe for the annual package)
5.The subscribers should be able to unsubscribe from their current plan , resubscribe or change payment details anytime they want.
6. The subscribers should be able to control in general on their personal informations on this background.
7. The subscribers should be able to subscribe for a 1 week free trial on my website and get all the access for their prefferred subscription for 1 week for free without any obligation (no credit card , not anything just pure free value for the exchange of their Name and Email)
8. Subscription end period should stop giving the subscribers access to VIP content if they haven't paid for their subscription renew.
9. Subscribers should be getting every appropriate email for their subscription ( A thank you for subscribing email that includes or the details , an email that they are about to pay for their subscription renewal 4 days before the charge etc)
10. The landing page except the form for subscribing should have something like 10 splitted sub products that are inside the Monthly Playbook where some of those should be reffered as Extra Bonus (for free) and some other hugely discounted until at the bottom of the page the subscribers get the total monthly price of 97$ for the whole 50-60 or so PDF monthly playbook pages and Weekly Scenario planning ahead for the markets at next week and also be able to attent the weekly Q&A sessions every Sunday were they will be getting their questions answered.
11. Add to my Contact page 4-5 deferent emails that you will have to create at my server and which will be automatically sending the messages those emails receive to my personal gmail with redirect, so I have all the emails listed under my personal email.
12. Connect the website with mailchimp to be able to create an email funnel with my subscribers.
13. Connect the website with basic things like google analytics and make basic onpage SEO and speed optimization for the website.
14. Connect paypal and Stripe for the payment methods ( these are already connected to my landing page but I need a total unique restructure as I said) , also be able to create a professional logo design and site favicon.
