Build me an E-commerce website

I have a clothing business and I need an e-commerce website for buyers to place orders and buy online.

To do Tasks:
1. Create different categories: Ladies, Men, Kids and Jewelry
2. Create links to share instantly on our Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, TikTok)
3. Payment online - Contact seller directly for an advance (partial payment) and full payment on delivery
4. Specify delivery time to buyer
5. Ability to choose colors and sizers
6. Order numbers and all details stored
7. T&C when delivery not received - refund
8. Request for update on the delivery status
9. Make website a mobile app in Google PlayStore or mobile responsive
10. Ability to upload bulk products on the website
