Build an e-commerce store

Need to build an online gift store preferably on Woocomerce (but could be custom or any other CMS). Attractive UI and enhanced UX is needed. Custom pop-up module to select variants of packaging in Add to cart page is also required. Website will also have Multiple Payment gateways integration & coupon/vouchers feature.
