Build an E-commerce social marketplace Website and Mobile Apps for Android & iOS

Note:
1. This Project is for a team which has Wesbite and App development capabilities on-board. Graphic Design Capabilities are a must.
2. You will be required to study the Scope well and submit a proposed architecture plan (document/ppt) for the website and apps (wireframe) first. We together will go back to the client and discuss it. Principally if you are getting into this exercise with me, I will commit the project to you.
3. Submit a 2 reasonable timelines for website and apps
4. Submit a cost.
The scope revolves around developing a social e-marketplace on website with full e-commerce functionality. You shall be required to sign an NDA in order to get into this.
Once you sign the NDA, the scope of work shall be shared with you.
