Build be basic Wordpress Theme website

’m looking to build a basic real estate website for a property listing. I have already purchased the Wordpress Theme and domain name via Google Domians. The theme will need to be slightly revised and edited, although I already have content and images ready that can be furnished. The website will need to be tied into monthly hosting and be operational by 1/1/21. The website is a ‘one-page’ website and will be based on the existing theme.
