Build an automated collection creator

I'm trying to create an automated NFT collection / drop creator, similar to this websites:

We're looking for a developer that can rebuild it from scratch include frontend, backend, smart contract builds and wallet integration by using web3.

Also we would need availability and talk over Zoom.
