Build Wordpress Site
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We need a new Wordpress site & your guidance selecting & setting up plugin(s) as needed to meet our requirements below.
Tasks include your
A) deploying Wordpress to our AWS & advising on plug-ins for e.g. functionality & CMS
B) setup basic structure & plug-in(s) so my team can add the copy/imagery/animiated gifs & videos
C) This will be a collaborative project, with my team working directly in WordPress to add content / images / animated gifs etc. Your main job is enabling us to do that well.
Site Structure
1) Menus will include Products, Solutions, News, Blog, Company & Contact. Solutions will have a 2-layer nested menu.
2) Documentation area, which must require signup/approval to access -- think "members only" section
Home Page
i) Primarily visual home page: collage w/ animated .gifs, partner tech etc, each with a brief caption text. Hyperlink from some will pop-up video whereas others will link directly to a solution page.
ii) will have a “Featured Item” visible without scrolling on most devices & a way my non-programmer colleagues can easily create new content there. This could be to draw attention to a News item, new solution page, press release etc.
iii) Some sort of rotating imagery for scrolling horizontally through news items – again, with easy way to create new content there.
Newbie-friendly CMS/plugin(s) must enable non-programmers to add new products, News & Blog posts, update a Feature, solutions (page(s), menu/submenu) + edit copy & images/videos on all pages.
Style: white background, Lato as primary font. Color palette attached (white background variant).

- Immersion Analytics is a software startup with two products: Visualizer and Runtime.
- We presently do not sell online (though may in future). At this stage the site's goal is drive awareness, thought leadership & get people talking with us.
- Two of us are comfortable with code & FTP, two are not. All need to be able to make content additions & revisions without learning HTML/CSS etc
- Our current site is www.immersionanalytics.com (webflow -- too complex/cumbersome for my team to maintain -- hence interest in WordPress CMS and your help getting the structure & functionality in place well so we can express ourselves effectively online)
We will be selecting based on the quality of your portfolio of work & thoughtful proposal, not simply the lowest bid. Be fair with us and we'll be fair with you.
