I am looking for help on a project to build a website. The goal of this site is to create an authority site on a particular niche. This being said here are some basic requirements I am looking for in this proposal:

Functionality:
- Ability to post structured content such as recipes, how-to guides, and articles posts with images and affiliate links.

Technology:
- Modern architecture
- open to proposals for hosting service
