Build a Web & Mobile app platform called iWitnessed

iWitnessed is a platform (mobile and web) which allows End users to submit items including Witness Statements, Statutory Declarations, Character References and Incidents, onto a platform which is then received by Service providers (eg. Law firms, Police, Councils, telcos, News Outlets, etc...)

Looking for a full service provide to Design, Develop and Deploy (and possibly support ongoing) the platform.
