Build Vue3 Website

Hello, I have a template with everything I need to build a website, so I want the following:
I only need the frontend development.

Everything should be ready to receive an API endpoint so that the pages work.

The app should be for psychologists to be able to receive and schedule appointements and manage all that is necessary.

The template I have has everything to build this.

Dashboard
Login / Register / Forgot
My Agenda (Calendar)
Scheduler (for the Psychologist and for its Clients)
Client List (can add clients manually)
Profile
Ratings
Settings
Specialties & Conditions
Payment Settings
Transactions


Please, bear in mind that all of these interactions will require a mock to test out the frontend without having backend developed.
