Build a Stock Photography Website

I need someone to build the bare bones of my stock photography website including: implementing plug-in, setting up bare bones of the site, setting up membership portal and payment system, and teaching me and my website manager how to upload images and maintain the back end of the site.

He is in training but does not have the experience to build the big pieces quite yet.

I am hoping to have the site up and launched by November 1st.
