Build a Sales and Takeoff program

I am looking to get a takeoff and sales program for my company to streamline my workflow and

- Online application that has multi user accessibility
- Make takeoffs on pdf drawings
- Work with Excel Documents
- Generate, Save as, edit pdf documents
- Send emails
- provide easy viewable analytics of sales/profits
- Simple easy to use navigation/design
- a proper authentication/ two step encryption system for security
