Build me an SaaS Software

I need someone to build me a SaaS product which is a chat system (similar to Intercom, tawk.to, Crisp, etc.). It must be well structured, have a friendly UI, and work well. It must have a dashboard to manage the chat with an available knowledge base feature. There must also be Stripe and PayPal payments to upgrade your plan.
