Build a SQUARESPACE website - Quick turnaround (about 6 to 9 pages plus calendar/booking form & blog)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need an experienced SQUARESPACE designer to quickly create a site for my new Hypnobirthing business ‘Bodhi Births’. I have the domain name & Squarespace platform for the year, so just need to add a designer as a contributor. It’s a basic project for anyone with experience as there is nothing complicated to create.
Attached a sketch of my banner design; Currently artists on Freelancer are working on the official copy & once complete can be added over the website template.
Colour scheme is natural - yellow, orange, rust, red, pink, green & brown. Nothing too bright but ok to use pale or dark shades of the colours mentioned. Attached is artwork from the brief to the artists, so you can get an idea of the colour palette & Art Nouveau style I want. Also attached a font I like & want for the brand name. If font like this can be downloaded & used for headings etc on the website, that would be great. This version’s from Etsy, not sure if you can load it into Squarespace, or find alternative, but happy to pay additionally for this on top of the overall costs.
Need the basic framework (pages & their links to one another) created as soon as possible, with some set up by Monday mid-morning GMT. The detail of the content can be created once we have the bones to the website. The sooner this can all be created & live, the better.
Below is a guide; happy to use your knowledge to have a more streamline, functional & intuitive website. Don’t want it to be clunky or information heavy on the ‘Homepage’ but allow for the viewer to gain a little information & click further when interested.

Above the banner (which is being created through Freelancer) little icons to the right with links to Instagram, Facebook, email & further along on the far right, a shopping cart.
A menu across top left with 'Home', 'About', 'Classes', 'Blog' & 'Contact'
(Some may need individual drop-down menus as the main heading would have further breakdowns needed, like the 'About' section would have about ‘Hypnobirthing’, ‘About me’ & about ‘Bodhi Births’)
Body/content ‘homepage’
I require basic & brief information on 'Hypnobirthing', ‘About me', 'Bodhi Births' & a live feed of the Instagram page. In the aforementioned sections, which I envision being separated by a heading and/or an image or a change in the colour of the page background, or something to define the sections, there could be a link saying, 'more info' which can take you to the main page from the 'About' sections on 'Hypnobirthing', 'About me' or 'Bodhi Births'.

A page breaking down the 4 sessions, a list of upcoming classes & a booking space - whether that is with a calendar, or each class has a direct link to the booking form. Either way, a booking form and possibly a calendar with highlighted dates is required.
If a potential client can’t make a date with me, they can follow a link for them to do an online course with the company I trained with, so there needs to be a clear way for them to click this alternative that looks professional & not just a web address but a button or similar.
‘Blog’
A space to create a blog; Is this something available within Squarespace? Or do I need a separate blog platform that can be integrated within Squarespace? Your expertise will be imperative in informing my decision.
Within my blog I will have links to Amazon products; not sure if it would also be worth having a direct link to an Amazon storefront. Please advise.
There will be the opportunity to add to the website as time goes on to update & freshen in line with any branding/colour changes etc.
