Build me a Room Searching and Booking Website. (MERN preferred)

The end goal is to create a space where students can connect as roommates and book rooms listed by rent owners. MVP is to create it for a closed college community who will enjoy perks if they choose to rent through our product. Further details to be explained on call. (App architecture to be discussed later)
