I need existing responsive web site to be rewritten using Bootstrap 5 & Falcon template.

All API commands and documentation exists. I will handle required API changes myself when needed. Please refer to attached PNG for more detail.
Project will be completed in two phases. This is phase 1. I prefer to assign phase 2 to same developer if accepted.
Project includes following features:
- Login with remember me option: SessionKey returning from service must be saved to local session store if remember me selected.
- Dashboard
* Two charts
* Two tables
* and some other info
- User Profile
* Profile editing
* Change language
* Logout
- My profile
* Editing user's profile
* History log table with pagination
- My transaction history
* Simple table with pagination
- Partners list
* Multi Level Tree Table with pagination
* Search partner
* Add new partner : Another Form with edit boxes, comboboxes, check boxes etc.
- Partner Profile
* Form with tabs
> First tab is partner profile editing
> Second tab is simple table with pagination
> Third tab is Multi Level Tree list with selection
* Allow to select partner using multi level tree select list or go to Partner list form and allow to select from there
This is the phase 1 of the project. Once we complete this project, there will be another phase with couple more forms, lists and reportings.
There is a mock up of this project on https://app.uizard.io/ which will be shared with developer.
KEY NOTES:
- Project will be developed using sample data retrieved using API. I will be in close contact with developer for all API needs. API documentation is also exists. (Raw documentation)
- Application must be fully tested on both mobile and web.
- User must be return to same position on Partner list from Partner Profile once back button is pressed.
- All design guidelines on templates sample project must be followed
- Grids and tree tables are essential and must be working flawlessly
- Dashboard components must be animated if possible
- Page transitions must be smooth with animation
- Project must be delivered with all sourcodes
- Project must be deployed to test server for detailed tests. I can provide server if needed.
- Project will be tested on various devices (desktop, iPhone, Android etc.) and must pass all tests before handover
- All source codes must be hosted on Github and project must be transferred to my account before completion
