Build a Property Management site with Resident Portal
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I will need a property management website built for Rental Property Management site with the following requirements
1. Resident Portal with an ability for tenants to pay their rent via ACH and Credit card
(ACH payment gateway option should be $0.50 to $1 per transaction) (Credit card can be 3%)
-Property manager should be able to manage recurring charge amount and timing.
-Auto late fee if rent is not paid on time
-Ability to withdraw from tenant automatically (if the tenant signs up for auto-payment)
-Ability for a property manager to add utilities and etc.
-Ability for a property manager to make adjustments to the charges (e.g. waive fee)
-Show payment history.
2. Integrate with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books/Invoice
-All transaction information should be synced to Zoho Books
-All customer information should be synced to Zoho CRM
Open to using Wordpress+Woocommerce, Shopify, etc
