Build me a Progressive Web App Prototype

I am building a platform to streamline the process of art advisory.
Advisor One is a all includive art advisory platform that will limit the clutter of the art consultancy practice. The advisor won't have to pay for other services like Asana, Adobe Pro, Photoshop or extended email space and will have all the tools in once place. For established advisors, the purpose is to speed up the process of selling art to clients, allowing for seamless advisory practice that lives on clients' phones. It is borderless and timeless as multiple people (couples for instance) can work on the same app at one time. For new advisors who are starting it offers them a platform and a framework by which they can have all of the tools in one place to begin their advisory business.
Advisor side of the Platform:
First thing:

Advisory Feed:
- Advisory post creation page
- PDF upload and editing page (The app needs to be able to recognise a PDF has been uploaded and take the images from the PDF and turn them into a tile like feed, then the text on that page needs to be attached to the image once clicked on - this must be editable by the advisor.
Client Boards:
- Client board and project updates - project lists, statusing and project completion.
Client Data:
- Client usage report (e.g. how long they are spending on the app, how long they spend curating their advisory board)
- Client sales reporting (e.g. how much they have bought, when they bought, how much commission the advisor made on the sale)
- Generate report PDF (e.g. for tax and business purposes)
Client Management:
- Client invitations in the form of a unique code that can be given to a singular person or a couple (who should be considered as a single client)
- Client removal page
- Viewing which clients are active, inactive and the ability to shut a client out of the app once they have stopped their relationship with the advisor
- See payments and invoices
- Billing and payment management
Account management:
- Advisor account management (photo upload, location status, phone number etc)
Client side of the platform:

Advisor Feed:
- Post feed
- Post feed notifications
Projects:
- Project list
- Project creation
- Add posts to projects
Client Boards:
- Project management, uploading works posted to the board
- Project statusing
- Project notifications
- Project completion
Within the client board we also have a shipping update function that the advisor updates.
Contenet Sharing:
- In-built Whatsapp compatibility - being able to link project boards, posts or individual tiles to whatsapp.
AR Work Placement:
- AR work placement on walls
Client Account:
- Client accounts and product settings (photo, location setting, phone numbers etc)
Additional:
- Wireframing
- Designing all screens for both desktop and mobile
- Design icons
