Build me a Presentation

I have an app developed and looking to begin networking for partnership. This app solves the ever looming issue, "I have no one to drink, bowl, golf, play cards with." I launched this app because I moved to a small area and needed a work out partner as I began my competition prep for bodybuilding. Also, because I was new to the area I didn't know what events or activities there were.
The presentation should be more of a business pitch style. Properly articulating the purpose of the app through a story.
