We are launching Maple Andes Imports, an online store dedicated to offering premium Colombian coffee exclusively to the Canadian market. Our goal is to create a visually stunning, easy-to-navigate, and high-converting Shopify store that showcases the rich heritage of Colombian coffee while appealing to Canadian coffee lovers.
We already have our domain name and have chosen Shopify as our platform. Now, we need an experienced Shopify developer and designer to bring our vision to life with a professional, engaging, and SEO-optimized online store.
Scope of Work
The freelancer will be responsible for:
1. Store Design & Branding
• Creating a clean, modern, and elegant Shopify storefront with warm tones reflecting Colombian coffee culture.
• Designing an attractive homepage with high-quality visuals and an engaging layout.
• Customizing fonts, colors, and icons to create a premium and inviting feel.
• Ensuring the website is fully responsive across desktop, mobile, and tablets.
2. Product Display & Navigation
• Creating well-structured product pages with detailed descriptions and high-resolution images.
• Organizing products by categories such as roast level, region, and brewing method.
• Adding features like filters, search functionality, and recommended products.
3. E-Commerce & Checkout Setup
• Integrating secure payment options (credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments).
• Setting up a smooth, user-friendly checkout process.
• Implementing a subscription option for recurring coffee deliveries.
• Configuring shipping options with estimated delivery times for Canadian customers.
4. SEO & Marketing Features
• Implementing SEO best practices for product pages and blogs to increase visibility.
• Setting up a blog section for coffee tips, Colombian culture, and brewing guides.
• Integrating social media (Instagram, Facebook) for content sharing and brand engagement.

5. Additional Features & Support
