Build us a Peer 2 Peer Travel Website / Travel Guide

Hello all,
We are looking to build a Peer to Peer (P2P) travel website that will connect customers directly with suppliers.
We are initially looking for an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) - so that we have a design and working concept to seek long term customers. We will be growing the website ongoing, so this could mean a long term relationship.
We are looking at a similar model to https://www.sawdays.co.uk/
This website will not be a commission led website - it will be a fee-based membership website that suppliers will pay a monthly/annual fee to be on the platform.
The website will be for:
- accommodation (hotels, B&B, Self-Catering, Cottages, Cabins etc)
- Attractions
- Activities
Key Functionalities:
- Future proof
- Integration with CRM (eg Zoho, Fresh CRM, Hubspot etc)
- Integration with accounting software (eg Xero)
- customer journey tracking
- marketing software integration
Travel Guide & Blog functionality - a key feature will be a travel guide for a destination.
Customer Login - required for Wishlist
Business Portal (to be able to check statistics eg clickthrough, contact form entries).
Search facility / Map search, filter search for accommodation, activities etc. Possibly half-page map search.
Contact form for the customer to contact the supplier directly (we need to keep a record of this contact and email for marketing).
Related section - eg - if on accommodation page - area saying 'Activities in this area' - where it is related to the distance away from the accommodation. Likewise - if searching activities, a section on the activity page for 'Nearby accommodation'.
In the future, we'd like to add an itinerary builder. Where people could do a one-click enquiry to many suppliers - or to one central contact.
Possible subdomains for other sub-brands of this company.
We are looking for a long term partner for this project and will appreciate it if you send us your portfolio of similar work and accurate costings. You MUST have done a similar project in the past to be certain of winning this contract / bid.
