Build an Outsourcing website
Website need to have 3 Primary Views
1. Showcase the offered services to potential clients. Ability for Admin to update them frequently. Potential Clients can choose the services, choose the options, upload the files etc for the JOBS. Clients should be able to create their profile, update their profile, create tickets/comments/follow-ups on different JOBS, create meeting requests. Client should be able to pay for the JOBS and should be able to see the history of JOBS and Payments.
2. Designer Portal. Designers should be able to create the profile. Take the courses and certifications. Admin should be able to Assign JOBS to designers. Designer should be able to access their Assigned JOBS, should be able to track their hours, Submit Pay-Requests. Admin should be able to review, Edit, and approve Pay-Requests. Designer should be able to see their activities, and their hrs & payments.
3. Admin Portal.
a. Admin should be able to see and edit Services offered. Should be able to see Client profiles, Edit them, rate them, have internal notes etc for client management. Should be able to bill the clients. Everything needed for Client management should be included.
b. Admin should be able to see the JOB requests, should be able to accept/negotiate/deny JOBS as well as Assign Designers to JOBS. Should be able to have complete access to JOBS and should be able to assign and manage different Designers for a JOB. Everything needed for JOB management (Project management) should be included.
c. Admin should be able to see Designers registered on the site, should be able to assign them the courses/certification as well as assign them the work. Everything for Employee Management should be included.
d. Admin should be able to create and manage courses & certifications.
e. Admin should be able to create and manage different Articles and calculation tools, and be able to set the share level to clients/designers/public etc.
4. This website needs to be hosted.
Provide a separate interest for content creation for the site.
