Build Open Cart site with Eleflys - Mega Electronics OpenCart 3.x Responsive Theme

You must be well versed in the Open Cart platform.
I will need you to edit / design the site as we build the site.
Will need to load items onto the site for me.
We are building an online store, focusing on Hikvision CCTV products and equipment. So will need to build site with the products, and help with design.
First stage is to get at least 2 pages up with items/kits for sale.
We will then build from there.
This will need to be an ongoing relationship, so site can be maintained and grown - no chance takers please.
