Build a Odata connected google map.

We need a google map to locate our contacts from an odata feed. The map needs a simple menu with a list of the contacts owners and the pins need to colored by owner. Each pin needs the contacts name, Business Name, Phone Number, email address and a link via URL to the contact card in our erp system.
The page needs to be hosted on our webhost which is a linux OS
