Build an NFT website (frontend only/ reactjs only)

Hello, i have a NFT project with a website. https://theroyalbabies.com/. my web developer and i have trouble communicating because we do not speak the same language. i told him i want to get anew web designer to do the front end. i am now scouting on freelancer.com and sending this message out to a few people trying to see what prices i can get and if this work can be done. i want my website to look something like like one of these websites. https://houseofwarlords.com/ and https://famousapemovieclub.io/. Please answer the questions below because i sent this message out to a few people and it will be hard for me to have a full conversation with each person. If you do not answer all these questions then i will probably not DM you.(i will need it to look good on mobile too)

-Are you able to do work like this sort of website? (ONLY in react.js)
-How much do you charge?
-How long would it take to complete?
-Would you be able to do it in way where it will not mess up the back end stuff when i send it over to my developer?
-Would i be able to contact you again if i wanted to make edits? (these would be small things like changing the price or a few words around if i change my mind on certain aspects. i would want this done for free if i ever came to you for edits.)
-all i have is the NFT characteristics (as seen on the front page of my website theroyalbabies.com), but are you able to draw a frontpage cartoon?
