Build NFT Minting Website, an ERC721A Smart Contract & Deploy

We have been working on an NFT project for over past 2 months and have created all the necessary art work for 10000 NFTs with Metadata, and uploaded to IPFS through pinata. We have hired a web developer in past who has done our website but after the website is uploaded, we came to know that there are a lot of bugs in the website, which the developer is not able to modify because he is a noob!!, and do not want NOOBs!!
We Need the Following things from you:
1. A responsive NFT website (not build from the basics but just by editing or fixing the bugs in the existing website) with add-on's and with our custom UX design for both desktop and mobile version and need to upload on our hosting platform or guide us on how to upload the developed website.
2. We need a Minting Decentralized app (DApp) integrated to the website and check and inform corrections in our existing metadata generated for our NFT collection.
3. A ERC 721A Smart Contract for minting and deploying our NFT collection on Opensea.
--- We want Reveal Function,
--- Free minting to Owner,
--- Airdropping NFTs to Multiple Ethereum addresses
--- Withdrawing funds
--- Making Small changes in the code as required by us
4. Guide us in deployment of the solidity Smart contract
5. Test our Smart Contract on Testnets with no errors
6. Give us the source code and Explain and Guide us through the path
The Pricing or the Budget shown herewith is a BASIC BUDGET, it can be negotiated, based on your EXPERTISE you Bring in.
