Build a Medical Billing System

Need help creating a medical billing system that medical billers could use to code and submit claims to the insurance. The developer must be aware of Medicare guidelines and have worked on creating medical billing systems before. The biller should be able to enter patient's info, verify insurance, code the claim and bill it and perform AR collections on the system. The system should be configured so the claim is sent electronically to the clearing house.
