Build me a Marketplace website.

Hello, I have an idea for a start-up. For that reason, I want a website, which includes payment methods, placing orders and receiving orders, posting features, a map, placing orders to a third-party courier website for delivery, and so on. In short, I want a website for an online marketplace with all the possible functions.
I have entered a fixed amount for this work but we are still negotiating and if I like your work I can pay you more.
