Build an Informative website with 5 to 6 pages

I am looking to hire a team to build an Informative website for my business with 5 to 6 pages. I will provide the graphic designs in Adobe XD format.
I need a very clean code, SEO friendly and it should be scalable so I can add more features to the website in near future. I will be adding e-commerce feature to my website and will build mobile app that will be connected to my website and backend. For now I am starting with only a 5-6 page static website.
Kindly suggest me technologies that you recommend and use to build the website in your bid. Please keep in mind about scalability as we'll be building ecommerce feature on website and add mobile apps in near future.
