Build my Grain Bin Monitoring System

I am needing the assistance in creating a grain bin monitoring system that will allow users to remotely view and address temperature, humidity and level values inside a grain bin. Attached is a document outlining the requirement's of my project. Any advice or alterations you may have I would be open for suggestions as I am not very well versed in the electronics/coding world.
