Build an Exam Assessments with Analytics and ePortfolio Folders.
Budget: $350 – $550 USD
I provide Exam assessments with analytics and store the results of these assessments in the students individual ePortfolio folders to students in a number of schools.
I need to move these assessments from manual papers to an online platform.
Each school is managed independently with its own individual teachers and students.
Each school will have its own subdomain link where all the assessments and analytics and eportfolio will be operated at independently.
There will be an overall super admin who will be setting up and managing all the different school from a central dashboard.
The program developed should be zipped file folder which can be launched to activate any new school that joins us to its new subdomain link directly.
LOGGING INN FROM THE WEB SIDE:
1). We will create a link on our main web page, which once clicked it will…
2). When clicked it opens a page where use Is supposed to type the name of there school in full, then click – send/enter
3). This will then pick the link connected to that school and open the login page automatically.
4). User then inputs there username and password to login.
The users will be:
a). Super admin to set up and manage all the other schools in a central dashboard. (Detailed functions will be shared with the developer selected).
b). The school administrator - For each school with overview ability to manage and view every activity happening in their school. (Detailed functions will be shared with the developer selected).
c). The Teacher - Responsible to conduct assessments to students to the assigned subjects and grades.(Detailed functions will be shared with the developer selected)
d). The Students - Able to view there assessments results, able to view their progress reports, able to view the analytics results of the assessments results done, able to view their eportfolio folders with the saved printable assessments results, and other other files uploaded to there eportfolio folders by their teachers. (Detailed functions will be shared with the developer selected)
Program developed on PHP 7 plus.
Program should be mobile responsive to comfortably work on a standard smart phone.
There are standard templates which the exam assessments results must fit and look like, we will share the templates.
The assessments tests are based on standard test outcomes, which are standard and already preset for every subject and grade. These assessment outcomes are already set, they will need to be uploaded on the super admin side because they apply across all the grades in all the schools connected. More will be shared to the selected developer.
We will share clear full details on functionality and process flow for very user, and all standard templates and documents that will need to be used in the program to the selected developer.
